The 1-year program integrates The Results Mastery and The Referral Mastery System curriculums and will teach advisors how to first master themselves – and then their business – for profound and lasting results that will carry over into all areas of their lives. 

ADVISORS WILL GET CLEAR about what it is they are doing and where it is they want to take their practice and their life. This is absolutely vital before any real work can begin. Each quarter an entire day is set aside for participants to analyze themselves and their business. It will be a time for taking stock and a time for strategic planning, building upon what they have already accomplished. It will also be a time to draw from - and give to their peers.  They will find this day to be an invaluable catalyst for growth as an advisor and a leader – they will emerge from each session with a laser like focus and renewed energy.

THEY WILL PERSONALLY CONNECT with their daily activities.
