LEARNING TOOLS

Individual Coaching Sessions
Advisors will participate in 7 coaching sessions held approximately every 14 days. Each session will include a combination of system instruction, strategy development, implementation assistance, review of performance to goals, and practice. The system is tailored to fit the advisor's client base, marketing plan, and personality. When necessary, the coaching will assist the advisor to address personal roadblocks and develop breakthrough strategies to assure successful implementation.

Between coaching sessions, the advisor will progressively implement an action plan to integrate the referral system in their operation.

Learning Manual
Each participant will receive a 70-page manual that documents the entire system including language, sample letters, meeting templates, assessments, and a wide range of sales and time management tools.

A fundamental part of our work together will be your implementation of strategies and action steps. The implementation of those will be your responsibility. It is important that you keep your coach apprised of your activity, progress, and challenges. Your investment comes with a money-back guarantee. The tools in the program must generate new clients and subsequent commissions and fees that more than pay for the program or you get your money back. Under this guarantee, you have specific responsibilities that include attending sessions, doing the assignments, using the tools, and reporting on your progress.

CD and Follow-up Assistance
