Results Mastery Curriculum
Becoming a "Master of Results" involves a process that provides
Business Builders, Entrepreneurs and Sales Professionals
a system to achieve a higher level of performance and effectiveness
while bringing greater balance to life, both personally and
professionally. This curriculum is the proven application of planning,
organization, decision-making and productivity concepts that improves
anyone desiring Better Results.
This one-year coaching process includes four full day group workshops
scheduled quarterly and reinforced with a personal follow up every 30
Days.
SESSION ONE: A
curriculum that focuses on managing yourself in relation to your
established priorities vital for your success, while minimizing the
demands, distractions and challenges others place on you and your day.
You will learn:
- The essentials of personal organization as it
relates to increasing effectiveness
- Becoming pro-active versus reactionary
- Accomplishing more without doing more, while
reducing stress, anxiety, and life clutter
- Start a "roadmap process" that will focus your
critical 90-day action steps
SESSION TWO: A
curriculum that defines self-empowerment while identifying barriers and
obstacles to your success. Focuses on increasing creativity, and
identifying Key Result Areas in your life so that you utilize all
your resources. Learn to:
- Bring ACTION RESULTS through a Personal Strategic
Plan
- Incorporate personal and professional priorities
while defining the differences between "your job and your work"
SESSION THREE: A
curriculum that identifies and helps you achieve the dreams you may
not know you have. Learn what's really important to you; what
affects your success, by your definition as well as its impact on your
professional organization. Learn to:
- Recognize core values that rely on your
fundamental beliefs, which will be driven by your strengths and
desire to constantly improve
- Participant involvement is extensive, allowing
you to compare ideas, barriers and personal vision
SESSION FOUR: Identify
characteristics of effective leaders and establish standards of
performance, so we know how well we are doing, as an effective Role
Model to the important people in our life.
The primary goals are:
- Determine character strengths and qualities to
develop
- Establish a personal code of conduct as a Role
Model and leader
- Determine
- a) What I want to be known for
- b) What I want to contribute and accomplish
SUSTAINED IMPLEMENTATION:
The success of Results Mastery candidates is directly tied to the
implementation-reinforcement process and self-accountability that takes
place during and in between the sessions
PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS:
Every 30 days between the sessions, we will schedule a one-on-one
personal consultation to help you focus and assist in the successful
implementation of what was just learned, while preparing for the next
session
